You Go Now

Emma is usually still asleep when I leave for work in the morning. This morning, however, she was up early and Kevin brought her into our room. As I was dressing, I told her to be a good girl for Daddy and that I'd pick her up from day care this afternoon. Suddenly, the sunny mood was totally gone and she pointed at the door and said, "You go now, you go downstairs." It was hard not to laugh because she was so cute even though she was so mad. I'm crossing my fingers hoping she'll be in a good mood when I pick her up. Pick-ups are usually easier than drop-offs, but last week she told me she didn't "neeeed to go home to see daddy."
