Go to the Store and Buy Some

Recently we've been reading Richard Scarry's Best Word Book Ever, which includes pictures of lots of yummy things. Emma has focused on gumdrops and keeps asking for gumdrops. We give her fruit chews and call them gum drops. So this morning she asked Kevin for gumdrops and when he told her we don't have any she said, clear as day, "go to the store and buy some." This from the little girl who barely spoke at all just two months ago.
